The Design & Marketing Suite opens its doors….
Alplas moved to its principal site in 2000 and following the acquisition of a major supplier in 2010 has now expanded to operate from two sites in Southend-on-Sea. Part of this expansion programme was to build a new Design & Marketing Suite which is now complete, allowing full integration of the product and engineering design teams with marketing.
Alplas has a reputation for innovative design, problem solving and product development so combining both departments at the manufacturing site can only enhance this side of the business. Metal Replacement Hooks, Bio Compostable Corr-a-clips, and FingerTAB Mobile Buttons are just some of the NEW products that have been designed and marketed by Alplas with others to be released to the market in 2012.
