Alplas is a very busy injection moulding specialist with an in-house tool room for maintenance and new tool production. Recent expansion and investment in plant & machinery has significantly increased the company's capacity with stock and bespoke production. A new design and marketing suite has enabled further improvements to design and production integration.

RAPID DESIGN

Solidworks imaging and 3D Graphics of product solutions can be turned around within hours and emailed to the customer so that information is provided direct to the customer's computer for fast & easy decision making and implementation.

RAPID MODELLING

Solid models can be produced within a few days in the UK or within a couple of weeks or so in the Far East, at very low cost.  

RAPID TOOLING

Our highly skilled and experienced toolmakers can produce tooling to suit the customers needs, whether this be a small impression, soft tool for low volume trialing or a fully hardened, multi cavity production tool.  We work closely with you to produce high quality, reliable, British made tools that won't let you down.
