In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return your unwanted goods, as long as what you are returning is in a resalable condition. We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge that you paid as part of your original order. When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.
How do I return a damaged item -
Our Warehouse Team always ensure that orders are despatched with care, so damage is rare but if the box arrives damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours via our contact form.
If the damage was not noticeable until you have opened your delivery you must again notify us within 24 hours via our contact form. Please quote your Order No : this can be found in the right hand corner of your Delivery Note which will be securely fixed to the outside of your box. We will then contact you directly to request photos of the damaged goods and talk you through the next steps, so do please include your email address and telephone number on the original contact form.
Are there any products that cannot be returned -
Any bespoke products made to your specific requirements, such as cut to length extrusions or folded PVC are exempt from our returns policy and we cannot refund you for these goods.
What if my order arrives and it is the wrong item -
If your order arrives and it is not what you were expecting then please notify us immediately using our contact form. Please quote your Order No : this can be found in the right hand corner of your Delivery Note which will be securely fixed to the outside of your box. One of our dedicated Despatch Team will contact you and resolve the issue, advising on the best solution.
