The prototype development team at Alplas is ready to turn initial design ideas into three-dimensional realities, thanks to our investment in cutting-edge tooling and processes.

Step 1

We’ll discuss your requirements and establish the sort of design that would make the most sense.

Step 2

Then, we will get to work producing a design that meets the agreed brief.

Step 3

After that, we will deploy the latest 3D printing techniques – among others – to produce a working prototype.

Step 4

Upon receipt of it, if the prototype needs to be tweaked or completely overhauled, we are at your disposal and we can work towards a final endpoint.

Cost-Effective Prototyping

Prototyping allows you to realise your product in a quick and cost effective manner and there is nothing like holding sample parts in your hand to see and feel how the design works. This involves taking the Solidworks designs and converting these into files for 3D printed modelling.
